Message	The recircs are controlled by the diaphragm and the diaphragm in the recirc has much more surface area than the valve face that's exposed to boost pressure. When hooked up properly, both the diaphragm and the valve face are exposed to the same boost pressure... the diaphragm will always have more force which will prevent the valve from opening.
